Rice salad with tuna and vegetables

For the first time I made this recipe and, honestly, I really liked the taste :)

  • a glass of rice
  • 3 small cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 small can of boiled corn mixed with peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • salt
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rice salad with tuna and vegetables:

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it. Boil the rice in another bowl. Finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into cubes, and cut the boiled carrots into rounds. Mix all this with the boiled rice and the 4 preserves. Canned tuna with oil, canned corn and peas drained of water. Add salt and lemon juice. It can also be served with mayonnaise according to your preferences.
