Semolina cake

Semolina cake

Check of Russian origin with poppy seeds.

  • 250 g semolina
  • 200 ml milk 2.5%
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 tablespoons baking soda
  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g mac
  • oil for greased tray

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes


The semolina is mixed with the milk and left for 1 hour.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the soaked semolina, mix well.

Then add the flour, baking soda, poppy seeds and mix the bime. Grease the baking tin with oil, pour the composition and bake directly for 45-50 minutes.
